Be exiting and enthuse your Teams:

Focus on strengths, use examples of where individuals have been successful (their strengths) to build their understanding of how they can meet targets, e.g.:
  • “I decided to get the group to come up with ideas together and lead a facilitated session using a flipchart and then got them to do all the detail – I’ve never done that before and it was fantastic.” Team Leader (25 years experience), lawyer
