Build Complimentary Teams – value strengths & weaknesses:

Ensure that your team value the strengths of each other, e.g. ideas, innovation, or thoroughness, precision, or logic etc. These may seem opposites but when put together, ensure that bright ideas are well thought through when implemented, for example:

  • Flag what changes are coming, provide support and reinforce your message
