How does GrowthAccelerator work?
• Eligibility and suitability assessment by a Growth Manager (phone)
• Online interactive assessment tool – GROWTHmapper®
• Growth Manager meets with Directors to assess and identify priorities
to help achieve growth (face to face meeting)
• Growth Manager drafts growth plan (‘Scope of Support’)
• Once agreed, Scope used to select the most suitable Growth Coach
• Contracts signed, Growth Coach selected, coaching starts
• Identify Leadership & Management training needs at all points
• Relationship managed by the Growth Manager
• Client can attend/send staff to up to 6 Business Development Coach Workshops if on the main Coaching Programme (or 3 Masterclasses if on Access to Finance or Growth Through Innovation)
What does it cost?

1 – 4 employees £ 600 £700*
5 – 49 employees £1,500 £700*
50 – 249 employees £3,000 £700*
*VAT is based on 20% of the nominal value of the service which is £3,500, so all businesses pay the same amount of VAT, which you can recover.
What does a GrowthAccelerator Client receive?
Up to 4 – 6 days of coaching time, based on outputs that have been agreed, attendance at 6 x 0.5 days workshops and 3 full day masterclasses, plus up to £2,000 matched funding for each of the senior management team.
What are the benefits:
