Join me, (Patricia Wheatley Burt) and the others for a lively and insightful exploration into what can help or hinder the many difficult situations we can all find ourselves in, in business. Often the fall out can include damaged business relationships, unbalanced teams, anger, stress, or maybe that nastiest of all, the hidden, malignant smiling assassin of the passive aggressive.
