Partners from LawNet firms recently attended the annual masterclass over a two day retreat in the tranquillity of the Warwickshire countryside.
It gave partners valuable time to consider the strategic options for their firms in challenging times - how to improve firm finances and profit, the big issues of leadership and succession and the marketing and business development options to remain successful.
