Find Hard & Soft Measures of Performance: the Balance Scorecard

Nurturing and rewarding KPIs. It is not a holiday camp and it is not a job for life but it is somewhere were we all could contribute and be rewarded for working in your organisation. Make sure you are clear about what you want and how you want it to ensure the business is profitable and efficient. If you can’t measure it, you can’t see progress. Pick another measure!

Business is about delivering against the business plan & budget. You should link reward to delivery against a balanced score card of KPIs!
